Podcasting ain’t a bad thing

This past week we had the opportunity to do a little podcasting.  OK, it was a new thing for me, but it’s not as if I have never sat in front of a mic and been recorded for one purpose or another.  So, as far  the recording portion was concerned – no big deal.  What was a problem, and always seems to be a problem is the technical side of it.  I had some frustration with my own lack of knowledge of getting the recording from where I recorded it to “published”.  The process gained me a nice stress headache, and I had to ask for help.  I eventually figured it out, although I’m not sure I could do it again without all the instructions I saved! 😉

I decided to have a little fun with the assignment and gave a how-to on an easy squishy white bread recipe that certainly makes my son, Maverick, happy.  It’s a bread maker recipe, so pull out the machine!  By the way, if you don’t have one, check the pawn shops – I’ve seen them there for somewhere in the neighborhood of cheap or even cheaper.  If you are interested, and have an MP3 player, like iTunes on your computer, you can listen to the podcast here: https://sites.google.com/site/gaddylis6303/home/Bread%20podcast.mp3
